The administrator of the rehabilitation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 6/2026 of January 28, 2026, acting pursuant to § 14(6)(9) of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A., hereby submits the attached minutes of the qualification procedure for the position of President of the Company’s Management Board.
