Management Board

Graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, Warsaw School of Economics and Poznań University of Technology. He received his Executive MBA by attending a two-year international programme validated by Paul Cezanne University in Marseille. He also received his doctorate degree from the War Studies University. His studies gave him an in-depth knowledge of management, company law, national security and psychology.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice and Executive MBA studies at the Marseille Graduate School of Management (held by the University of Gdansk) and postgraduate studies in corporate financial management at the Poznań School of Banking.

Jacek Rutkowski has more than 25 years of professional experience, including more than 16 years in the rail industry. In 2016–2018, he held the position of President of the Management Board of Cargotor sp. z o.o. In 2018–2019, he served as President of the Management Board of PKP CARGO Centrum Logistyczne Małaszewicze Sp. z o.o. and from 2019 – as President of the Management Board of PKP CARGO TERMINALE Sp. z o.o.

He also has experience of collaborating with national railway industry regulators and EU institutions. He has developed restructuring and optimisation programmes related to the operation of commercial law companies.

Graduate of the Higher School of Public Administration in Kielce. Graduated from postgraduate studies in management organisation at Koźminski University. His ties to PKP date back to 1985. In 2005–2008, Zenon Kozendra was Member of the Management Board for Personnel and Administrative Affairs and, since 2008, he has held the position of Board Representative for Human Resources Strategy.

Zenon Kozendra was a member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO from 2001 to 2005, and a member of the Management Board of the Railway Employers’ Union from 2006 to 2008.

In addition, Zenon Kozendra has served on the supervisory boards of companies such as: PKP CARGO SERVICE – as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2006 to 2007, PKP CARGO WAGON Kraków – as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2007 to 2008, PKP CARGO TABOR Karsznice – as Member of the Supervisory Board from 2010 to 2014, PKP S.A. – as Member of the Supervisory Board from 2014 to 2016
