PKP CARGO has adopted the “Restructuring Strategy of the PKP CARGO Group for 2025–2031”. The document sets out the direction of the Group’s activities for the coming years and constitutes a key element of the restructuring process, aimed at restoring financial stability, improving operational efficiency and rebuilding sustainable profitability.

The approved Restructuring Strategy lays the foundations for the future Development Strategy, expanding the Capital Group’s plans to include growth-oriented initiatives such as capital projects, external financing and potential acquisitions.

The Restructuring Strategy is based on six main pillars: organic growth, regaining market share, effective fleet management, the disposal of non-operating assets, cost reduction and strengthening synergies within the Group.
