Supplementary information to Current Report No. 31/2017

Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

In reference to Current Report No. 31/2017 of 26 October 2017, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby provides information about the education, qualifications and professional career of Mr. Witold Bawor, the newly appointed PKP CARGO Management Board Member in charge of Operations.

Mr. Witold Bawor is a graduate of the Częstochowa University of Technology, having majored in electrical engineering. He has been associated with the railway sector, including the PKP CARGO Group, for many years. In 2006-2012, he was the PKP CARGO Management Board Member in charge of Maintenance. In 2012-2014, he was the Managing Director – Management Board Representative for Maintenance. Since 2015, Mr. Witold Bawor has been a PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o. Management Board Member and currently is the President of the PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o. Management Board.

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board hereby reports that, according to his declaration, Mr. Witold Bawor does not conduct any business competitive to that of PKP CARGO and is not involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a competitive capital company or member of a corporate body of any competitive legal person. Nor is he listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act of 20 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2015 Item 1142).
