Submitting Arrangement Proposals for Creditors to the court

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 30 June 2025 the Company submitted Arrangement Proposals for Creditors to the competent court (the “Arrangement Proposals”).
The Arrangement Proposals, which constitute an integral element of the Restructuring Plan, assume the division of Creditors into groups corresponding to individual categories of interests.

These proposals have been prepared taking into account:
• current and projected financial capabilities of the Company,
• the need to restore a lasting ability to settle liabilities,
• the need to maintain operational continuity and the implementation of core business activities,
• the principle of equal treatment of creditors within a given group.

The purpose of the proposed division into 9 (nine) groups is to enable a more flexible approach to various categories of liabilities – both in terms of their repayment date and the possible cancellation of part of the debt or payment by instalments – increasing the likelihood of acceptance of the arrangement and its effective implementation.
