Signing important agreements with Enea Wytwarzanie Sp. z o.o.

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on September 14, 2026, the Company signed three agreements with Enea Wytwarzanie Sp. z o.o. for the provision of coal transport services by rail from Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A. for the benefit of Enea Wytwarzanie Sp. z o.o. (the “Agreements”).

The Agreements will remain in effect for a period of 21 months from the date they are signed. The total volume of transport covered by the agreements is 5 million tons, while the maximum total value of the agreements during the term will be 126,010,000.00 PLN gross.

The Agreements were signed following the outcome of an open tender, in which the Company’s bid was chosen as the most favorable for all three tasks covered by the procedure.

Entering into Agreements is important for the Company’s operational activities and the size of the order portfolio it handles.
