Significant equity stakes – Change in shareholding

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 15 February 2024, the Company received a notice from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. managing the Generali Open-End Pension Fund (“Fund”) that the Fund had reduced its share in the total number of votes in PKP CARGO S.A. below the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the Company.
