The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on June 23, 2025, the Company received a notification and a correction of the notification of the acquisition of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Paweł Miłek, Vice-President of the Management Board of the PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, Member of the Management Board for Restructuring.
