The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO” ), in reference to the current report No. 6/2014 of 6 February 2014, acting pursuant to § 12 of the Regulation of Council of Ministers on remunerating persons managing certain legal entities dated 3 March 2000 (uniform wording Journal of Laws of 2013, item 254, as amended) and § 15 item 4 of Company’s Regulations for appointing of the Management Board of PKP CARGO, hereby encloses the content of the report from qualification proceedings for the position of the Chief Executive Officer of PKP CARGO.
