Publication dates of periodic reports in 2026

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby publicly announces the schedule of publishing periodic reports in 2026.

The periodic reports will be published on the dates stated below:
– Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025: April 28, 2026
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026: May 29, 2026
– Consolidated report for H1 2026: September 28, 2026
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026: November 27, 2026

The Company’s Administrator of the sanation estate also reports that pursuant to § 63 Sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on June 6, 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (“Regulation”), the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated interim report will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and interim condensed financial statements along with the audit firm’s report.

At the same time, the Company’s Administrator of the sanation estate reports that, in accordance with §83 Section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026.
