Order of the Judge-Commissioner Regarding the Extension of the Deadline for Submitting Arrangement Proposals to the Creditors’ Committee

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company,” “PKP CARGO”) announces that on May 23, 2026, the Judge – Commissioner issued an Order regarding the extension of the deadline for submitting the draft final Arrangement Proposals to the Creditors’ Council and its individual members, setting this deadline for May 29, 2026, and finding that the change in the deadline requested by PKP CARGO is justified and appropriate.

The above Order of the Judge-Commissioner was issued following the submission of a motion by the Company and the Administrator of PKP CARGO’s reorganization estate, as the Company reported in Current Report No. 35/2026 on May 15, 2026.
