Order of the Judge-Commissioner regarding the extension of the deadline for PKP CARGO S.A. (in restructuring) to submit the final text of the Arrangement Proposals

The administrator of the restructuring estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“the Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby announces that on March 24, 2026, it became aware of the issuance by the Judge-Commissioner of an Order regarding the final extension of the deadline for PKP CARGO and the entities specified in Article 155(2) 2 of the Act of May 15, 2025, Restructuring Law, of the final versions of the Arrangement Proposals to be put to a vote, by April 30, 2026, bearing in mind that the Judge -Commissioner, in the event of a subsequent decision to conduct a vote without convening a creditors’ meeting (Article 110(7) of the Restructuring Law), does not plan to allow further amendments to the arrangement proposals after the aforementioned date or the submission of new arrangement proposals.

The above Order of the Judge-Commissioner was issued following the submission of a motion by the Administrator of the PKP CARGO restructuring estate, about which the Company reported in Current Report No. 16/2026 on February 27, 2026.
