Order of the Judge-Commissioner regarding the approval of the Restructuring Plan of the PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring

The Restructuring Administrator of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that on March 18, 2026, the Company received a ruling from the Judge-Commissioner, who, pursuant to Article 315(1) of the Act of May 15, 2025, Restructuring Law, approved the Company’s Restructuring Plan submitted to the Court by the Administrator on June 30, 2025 (item 818 in the KRZ case file).

The Company disclosed the main elements of the Restructuring Plan in current reports No. 51/2025 and 51/2025/K.
