Order of the Judge-Commissioner Regarding the Approval of a Reorganization Agreement in the Reorganization Proceedings of PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o.

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”), with reference to Current Report No. 70/2026, announces that today the Judge-Commissioner issued a ruling confirming the acceptance of the arrangement in the reorganization proceedings of PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o. under restructuring. The ruling was issued following a vote on the Settlement Proposals for the creditors of PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o. under restructuring, submitted by the Creditors’ Council.

The Company presented the main provisions of the Settlement Proposals submitted by the Creditors’ Council, along with the repayment plan for creditors, in Current Report No. 29/2026.

The next significant stage of the restructuring proceedings will be the approval of the arrangement by the Restructuring Court, which the Company will announce in a separate current report.
