The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on August 12, 2025, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Marcin Wojewódka – Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
