Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board — Employee Representative PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring

The administrator of the restructuring estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“the Company,” “Issuer”) hereby announces that on June 18, 2026, the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, pursuant to § 13(4) and (5) of the Regulations on the Appointment of an Employee Representative to the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. and the Procedure for His or Her Dismissal, in connection with § 19(3) of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A., adopted a resolution confirming the correctness and validity of the election of the employee representative and appointing Mr. Leszek Miętek to the Supervisory Board for the 9th term, effective June 19, 2026.

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, the appointed member of the Supervisory Board — the Employee Representative — does not engage in any business activities competitive with the Company, does not hold an interest in a competing entity as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership, or a corporate entity, does not serve as a member of the governing body of any other competing legal entity, and has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
