Notification of transactions in the Issuer’s shares obtained in accordance with Article 19 MAR

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on March 11, 2026, the Company received the original notification and amendments to the notification regarding the acquisition of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Paweł Miłek, Vice-President of the Management Board of the PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, Member of the Management Board for Restructuring of the PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring.
