Notification of transactions in the Issuer’s shares obtained in accordance with Article 19 MAR

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on December 10, 2025, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Marcin Wojewódka – Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring.

The content of the notification is attached to this report together with a summary of purchase transactions.
