Information on the selection of the offer of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring in consortium with PKP CARGO Service Sp. z o.o. as the most advantageous in the procedure organized by TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o. for: “Provision of rail coal transport services for the needs of generating units of TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o.”

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”), with reference to the information provided in current report No. 69 dated August 20, 2024, hereby informs about receiving official information on the selection of the offer of the Company together with PKP CARGO Service Sp. z o.o. as a Consortium – as the most advantageous in the procedure organized by TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o. conducted in an open tender mode entitled: “Provision of a rail coal transport service for the needs of generating units of TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o.”

The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement, which will specify the detailed parameters of cooperation between the parties, in a separate current report.
