Information on the completion of the plan for repayment of outstanding employee benefits

The administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) announces that on October 6, 2025, The Management Board has decided to repay the last outstanding employee benefits totaling PLN 57.73 million by October 8, 2025. These include retirement and disability severance pay, jubilee awards, and unused vacation pay. These benefits will be paid in the principal amount, net of interest.

The Company is therefore completing the process of repaying all outstanding liabilities to employees and former employees of the Company resulting from unpaid benefits for the period from August 2024 to October 3, 2025. The funds allocated for these payments come from the Company’s current operating activities.

At the same time, the Administrator of the Company’s sanation estate informs that the total amount of arrears of employee benefits paid by the Company since January 2025, including the above-mentioned amount, will amount to approximately PLN 105 million.
