Finalization of the ruling approving the arrangement of PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o.

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructruing (“the Company,” “the Issuer”) announces, with reference to Current Report No. 84/2026, that today it was informed that the decision of the Restructuring Court dated October 16, 2026, approving the Arrangement in the reorganization proceedings conducted against the Issuer’s subsidiary – PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o. (case no. WA1M/GRs/8/2024).

Pursuant to the order of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division, dated October 26, 2026, the decision approving the Arrangement became final in its entirety on October 24, 2026.

As of the date on which the decision approving the Arrangement became final, the reorganization proceedings against PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o.o. were concluded, and the company is proceeding to implement the Arrangement, including the repayment of the Creditors covered by the Arrangement, in accordance with the terms and within the timeframes specified therein.
