Order of the Regional Court in Warsaw to Stay Proceedings in the Case Concerning the So-Called “Coal Decision”

The Administrator of sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“the Company”) announces that on September 16, 2026, it received from the Administrator’s attorney a ruling of the Regional Court in Warsaw, 4th Civil Division, in case no. IV C 1433/25, dated September 15, 2026, regarding the adoption of the suspended ruling and, at the same time, its renewed suspension pursuant to Article 178 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

A motion to resume the suspended proceedings was filed on September 9, 2026, as the Company announced in Current Report No. 73/2026.

During the suspension of the proceedings, the parties to the proceedings will continue their efforts to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute.
