Disposal of shares by a supervisor

The Managemet Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that on Junly 9. 2025 the Company received a notification on the disposal of the Issuer’s shares by Equinox Consulting Sp. z o.o. – an entity closery related to Ms. Monika Stareka – Member of the Supervisory Board.
