Dismissal of the Management Board Member for Commerce

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that on March 23, 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed Mr. Artur Warsocki from the position of Management Board Member for Commerce of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, and thus from the Management Board of the Company, effective as of March 23, 2026.

The Supervisory Board resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption. The reasons for the dismissals were not provided.
