Answers to a shareholder questions submitted pursuant to Article 428 § 6 of the Commercial Company Code

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring hereby submits its responses to the questions asked by the shareholder pursuant to Article 428 § 6 of the Commercial Companies Code.
