Decisions made by the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board regarding the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 1 February 2024 the PKP CARGO Supervisory Board made the following decisions:

– to suspend, for important reasons, Mr. Dariusz Seliga, President of the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A., in his duties

– to suspend, for important reasons, Mr. Marek Olkiewicz, PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member in charge of Operations, in his duties

– to entrust the performance of the duties of President of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board to Mr. Maciej Jankiewicz, PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member in charge of Finance, in connection with the suspension of Mr. Dariusz Seliga, President of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board, in his duties
