Court decision on changing the administrator of the sanation estate

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”, the “Issuer”), with reference to Current Report No. 106/2025 of November 18, 2025, hereby announces that on December 8, 2025, it was notified of the issuance by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division, pursuant to Article 28(1)(1) and (4) of the Restructuring Law, of a decision to change the administrator of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring. Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division, pursuant to Article 28(1)(1) and (4) of the Restructuring Law, a decision to change the administrator of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, whereby that as of December 8, 2025, it dismissed Ms. Izabela Skonieczna-Powałka (license number 772) from the position of administrator and appointed Mr. Paweł Andrzej Głodek (license number 657) to perform the function of the Company’s Rehabilitation Administrator.

At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board intends to continue the restructuring measures already undertaken and those to be undertaken in the future. These measures will continue to focus on restoring the Company’s profitability and debt servicing capacity, maintaining full operational capacity, and rebuilding its position in the rail freight transport market.
