Change of the date of public publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025

With reference to current report No. 4/2025 dated January 9, 2025, The administrator of the rehabilitation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s Management Board has decided to change the date of the publication of the Company’s consolidated report for the third quarter of 2025 (the “Report”) from November 28, 2025, to December 1, 2025.

Legal basis: §84(2) of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-members state.
