Approval of the restructuring plan of PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o. o. under restructuring

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”, “Company”) informs that on June, 11, 2025 the Judge-Commissioner approved the restructuring plan of the subsidiary – PKP CARGOTABOR Sp. z o. o. in restructuring (“PKP CARGOTABOR”, “Subsidiary”). The restructuring plan, prepared for the purposes of the restructuring proceedings conducted against the subsidiary with reference number WA1M/GRs/8/2024, was submitted on March 14, 2025 by the Administrator of the Sanation Estate of PKP CARGOTABOR in agreement with PKP CARGOTABOR to the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division, about which the Issuer informed in current report no. 21/2025 dated March 14, 2025.

By resolution of 21 May 2025, the Board of Creditors of PKP CARGOTABOR issued a positive opinion on the restructuring plan prepared in the restructuring proceedings pending against PKP CARGOTABOR.

The assumptions of the PKP CARGOTABOR restructuring plan concern the continuation and implementation of restructuring activities within the framework of management, personnel, operational and financial restructuring. According to the Subsidiary, the implementation of the above activities is to lead to achieving a satisfactory level of revenues and to reducing costs, which in consequence will allow maintaining profitability and repaying its receivables in agreement with creditors.
