Appointment of a PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board member

In reference to current report no. 24/2022, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 7 July 2022 it received a letter from Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A., a Company shareholder, submitted in connection with § 19 sections 2 and 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association on the appointment of Mr. Jaroslaw Piotr Stawiarski as of 7 July 2022 to the Supervisory Board in its eighth term of office.

According to the submitted declaration, Mr. Jarosław Piotr Stawiarski does not conduct any activity competitive to that of the Company and is not involved in any competing company as a partner in a civil law company, partnership or capital company nor does he participate in another competing legal person as a member of its corporate body; nor is he listed in the Insolvent Debtor Register kept pursuant to the KRS Act.
