Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board – Employee Representative

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”, ‘Issuer’) informs that on May 7, 2025, the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring, pursuant to § 13 sec. 4 and 5 of the Regulations on appointing an employee representative to the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. and the procedure for his dismissal, in connection with § 19 sec. 3 of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A., adopted a Resolution on determining the correctness and validity of the elections of the employee representative and the appointment, as of May 7, 2025, of Mr. Tomasz Pietrek to the Supervisory Board of the 8th term.

The appointed Member of the Supervisory Board has submitted written declarations according to which he does not conduct any business competitive to the Company and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or capital company, and also does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
