Answers to a shareholder questions submitted pursuant to Article 428 § 6 of the Commercial Company Code

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (the “Company”) hereby submits its responses from the Company’s Management Board to the questions asked by the shareholder pursuant to Article 428 § 6 of the Commercial Companies Code.

Legal basis: § 20(1)(12) of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on June 6, 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
