Execution of Material Agreements with PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A.

The administrator of the restructuring estate of PKP CARGO S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 31 July 2026, the Company entered into agreements with PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. for the provision of rail transport services for hard coal, limestone, and limestone powder to the branches of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. (“Agreements”).

The agreements will remain in effect for a period of 8 months from the date of their execution. The total volume covered by the agreements is 1.715 million metric tons, while the maximum total value of the agreements during their term is 76.1 million PLN gross.

The Agreements in question were concluded following the outcome of a procurement procedure organized by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. The bid submitted by the Company was deemed the most advantageous in two of the three parts of the contract.

The conclusion of these Agreements is of significant importance to the Company’s operations and the size of its order backlog.
