Submission of a motion by the Creditors’ Council to the Judge-Commissioner regarding an extension of the deadline for filing settlement proposals in the reorganization proceedings of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring

The Administrator of sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Administrator”; “Company”) states that it has been informed that on June 23, 2026, the Creditors’ Committee established in the reorganization proceedings of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring to the case file a motion to extend the deadline for submitting Reorganization Proposals in the Company’s reorganization proceedings until September 30, 2026.

The Creditors’ Council indicated that, in consultation with other significant creditors of the Company, it is considering exercising the rights provided for in Article 155 (2) of the Restructuring Act, i.e., submitting its own Arrangement Proposals in the Company’s reorganization proceedings.

In light of the above, due to the need to obtain the Company’s current financial results published after the second quarter of 2026, as well as the time required to potentially draft Arrangement Proposals Reorganization Proposals, the Creditors’ Council requested that the Judge-Commissioner extend the deadline set forth in the Judge-Commissioner’s order of May 8, 2026, which falls on June 30, 2026, as reported by the Company in No. 33/2026 dated May 11, 2026.
