Adoption by the Supervisory Board of the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that on February 23, 2026 the Company’s Supervisory Board, pursuant to §25(3)(11) of the Articles of Association, by way of Resolution No. 359/2026, adopted the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, taking into account the amendment introduced by Resolution No. 2/2025 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of December 29, 2025.

The Company announced the registration of the above change by the Court in current report No. 2/2026 on January 14, 2026.

The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association is attached to this report.
