The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that on August 25, 2025 the Supervisory Board of the Company, pursuant to § 25(3)(11) of the Articles of Association, adopted a resolution No. 318/2025 establishing the consolidated text of the Articles of Association, talking into account the amendment introduced by Resolution No. 32/2025 of the Ordinary General Meeting of July 30, 2025.

Company announced the registration of the above change by the Court in its current report No. 72/2025 in August 6, 2025.

The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association is attached to this report.

Legal basis:
§ 5(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
