Acquisition of shares by the supervising person

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs that on June 2, 2025, the Company received a notification and a correction of the notification of the acquisition of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Marcin Wojewódka – Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A.
