Execution of amendments to the agreements with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. and ArcelorMittal Warszawa Sp. z o.o.

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring („PKP CARGO”,), with reference to Current Report No. 115/2024 dated December 6, 2024, the Company announces that it has entered into two amendments today to its agreements with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. and ArcelorMittal Warszawa Sp. z o.o. (“Amendments”).

Pursuant to the aforementioned Annexes, the term of both agreements has been extended until December 31, 2028. As part of this collaboration, PKP CARGO will continue to transport goods from various product segments on behalf of the designated companies within the ArcelorMittal Group.

The estimated total value of shipments during the period covered by the Annexes will amount to 239 million PLN net (294 million PLN gross).

The signing of the Annexes marks a continuation of the cooperation between PKP CARGO and the ArcelorMittal Group regarding the supply of raw materials for steel production.
