Change of the date of public publication of the consolidated report for the first half of 2026

With reference to current report No. 1/2026 dated January 12, 2026, the Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) informs that it has decided to change the publication date of the Company’s consolidated report for the first half of 2026 from September 28, 2026 to September 30, 2026.

The other dates of publication of periodic report in 2026 remain unchanged.

Legal basis: §84(2) of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-members state.
