Order of the Judge-Commissioner Regarding Changes to the Deadlines for Submitting Settlement Proposals

The Administrator of sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company,” “PKP CARGO”, “Issuer”) informs that on September 4, 2026, the Judge-Commissioner issued an Order regarding the extension of:

– the deadline for submitting Settlement Proposals, which will be put to a vote in the further course of the proceedings, by entities other than PKP CARGO and the Administrator – from September 30, 2026, to October 15, 2026;

– the deadline for PKP CARGO or the Administrator to prepare and submit the final Settlement Proposals – from August 31, 2026, to September 15, 2026;

– the deadline for obtaining the opinion of the Creditors’ Council regarding the Settlement Proposals presented by PKP CARGO or the Administrator – from September 30, 2026 to October 15, 2026.

The above order from the Judge-Commissioner was issued following the requests submitted by the Company and the Administrator of PKP CARGO’s sanation estate. The Issuer informed about the Company’s submission of the request in current report No. 71/2026 dated August 31, 2026.
