Adoption by the Supervisory Board of the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that on August 24, 2026 the Company’s Supervisory Board, pursuant to §25(3)(11) of the Articles of Association, by way of Resolution No. 16/IX/2026, adopted the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, taking into account the amendments introduced by Resolution No. 26/2026, 27/2026, 28/2026, 29/2026, 30/2026 of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 19, 2026.

The Company announced the registration of the above changes by the Court in current report No. 64/2026 on July 27, 2026.

The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association is attached to this report.
