Order of the Judge-Commissioner Regarding Changes to the Deadlines for Submitting Settlement Proposals

The administrator of sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company,” “PKP CARGO”) announces that on June 30, 2026, the Judge-Commissioner issued an Order in which:

– changed the deadline specified in the Order of May 8, 2026, for the submission of Settlement Proposals—which will be put to a vote in the subsequent procedure—for entities other than PKP CARGO and the Administrator as of September 30, 2026;

– required the Administrator and the Company to finalize and prepare the final version of PKP CARGO’s Arrangement Proposals by August 31, 2026, and to obtain the opinion of the Creditors’ Council in this regard by September 30, 2026; at the same time, it required the designated entities to submit the draft of the final Arrangement Proposals to the Creditors’ Council and to its individual members, and to file them with the case file no later than August 31, 2026.

The above Order of the Judge-Commissioner was issued following a motion filed by the Creditors’ Council, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 57/2026 on June 24, 2026, as well as at the request of the Administrator and PKP CARGO, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 60/2026 on June 30, 2026, and in light of the decision adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting regarding the issuance of the Company’s shares. In the opinion of the Judge-Commissioner, setting a new date is in the interest of the proceedings and will allow all parties to agree on a single version of the Composition Proposals, which will be put to a vote.
