Dismissal of the Management Board Member for Operations

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that on February 23, 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed Mr. Sebastian Miller from the position of Management Board Member for Operations of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, and thus from the Management Board of the Company, effective as of February 23, 2026.

The Supervisory Board resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption. The reasons for the dismissals were not provided.
