Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company” “Issuer”) hereby announces that on January 29, 2026, the Issuer’s shareholder, PKP S.A., acting pursuant to § 19(2) and (6) of the Company’s Articles of Association, appointed Ms. Anna Maria Ślęzak to the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring.

Ms. Anna Maria Ślęzak meets the independence criteria for an independent member of the Supervisory Board.

According to a written statement submitted by Ms. Anna Maria Ślęzak, she does not conduct any business activity competitive to the Company, does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, capital company, does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body, and has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
