Dismissal of a Member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Issuer” “Company”) hereby announces that on December 11, 2025, the Issuer’s shareholder, PKP S.A., acting pursuant to § 19(2) and (6) of the Company’s Articles of Association, dismissed Mr. Marcin Wojewódka from the Supervisory Board with effect from December 11, 2025.
