Resignation from the position of Administrator of the sanation estate

The Administrator of the sanation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “Debtor”) hereby announces that on November 18, 2025, in connection with receiving information that the Council of Creditors, the Debtor, and its principal shareholder had agreed on a candidate for the administrator of PKP Cargo S.A. under restructuring, acceptable to all parties, and taking into account the good of the Company, its creditors, and employees, it filed with the National Debtors Register a resignation from the position of administrator, addressed to the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, along with an application to change the Administrator of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, based on the provisions of Article 28, Section 1, Item 1 of the Restructuring Law.

The administrator of the sanation estate will serve in this capacity until the court considers the motion referred to above.

Information regarding the change of the Company Administrator will be provided in the next current report after receiving the court’s decision.
