Motion of the Creditors’ Council of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring for extending of the deadline for expressing an opinion on the Restructuring Plan and Arrangement Proposals

The administrator of the rehabilitation estate of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”) hereby announces that on November 17, 2025, it was notified that a request had been submitted to the Judge – Commissioner by the Creditors’ Council of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Creditors’ Council”) for an extension of the deadlines for the Creditors’ Council to express its opinion on:
• Restructuring Plan,
• Arrangement Proposals,
with the Creditors’ Council indicating January 31, 2026 as the date by which its members will be able to thoroughly analyze the documents presented by the Company and the Administrator and thus formulate a final and reasoned opinion on the Restructuring Plan and Arrangement Proposals.
The Creditors’ Council’s motion was submitted the KRZ on November 14, 2025 in the afternoon.
