Change of the date of public publication of the consolidated report for the first half of 2025

With reference to current report No. 4/2025 dated January 9, 2025, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that it has decided to change the date of publication of the consolidated report of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring for the first half of 2025 (the “Report”) from August 29, 2025 to September 30, 2025.

In connection with the submission of the Restructuring Plan of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring to the court on June 30, 2025, the circumstances that previously resulted in the refusal of the auditor to express an opinion to the separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company and its Capital Group for the fiscal year 2024 ceased to exist. In view of the above, the Company’s Management Board decided to audit the aforementioned reports again.

The process of re-auditing the 2024 financial statements is directly related to the publication of the Report. Carrying out this process requires additional time, witch will affect the schedule of work on the Report. For this reason, the Management Board has decided to postpone the date of its publication in order to provide the market with a reliable and transparent picture of the financial position of the PKP CARGO Group.

The other dates of publication of periodic report in 2025 remain unchanged.
