The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 29 June 2022 it received a notice from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, acting on behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Nationale-Nederlanden Open-End Pension Fund, hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), that as a result of the sale of a stake in the Company’s stock, the Fund decreased its share in the total number of votes in the Company below the 10% threshold.
