The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 7 February 2022 it received from Nationale – Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw a notice on reduction in the number of the Company's shares held by Nationale – Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny.
